(1) Mud and mortar particle size: The larger the particle diameter of the conveying medium, the greater the sedimentation speed of the particles in the mud, which will cause the pipeline to block, and then increase the resistance loss of the sand pumping pipeline, dredging pipeline, and mud pipeline. Therefore, reducing the particle size of the slurry can effectively improve the pipeline blockage and reduce the pipeline transportation resistance of the slurry.

(2) Pipe surface roughness: The pipe inner wall surface is rough, and the resistance coefficient of the pipe will increase. Therefore, when piping, you should choose ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe with a smooth surface to effectively reduce the resistance of the pipe.

It can be used in concentrated hydrochloric acid with a concentration of less than 80%, and its performance is quite stable in sulfuric acid with a concentration of less than 75% and nitric acid with a concentration of less than 20%.
